A malt heavy sour blended with local legends Ventura Brewing's Kombucha, Rouge Awakening is a twist on the classic Flanders Red Ale. 

We blended the Kombucha to give the notable acetic character the style is known for. A heavy backbone of rich Crystal malts and Munich give a balancing sweetness. Dark fruits add character and depth to the acidity.
