**Eligibility:**
1. The Merch Giveaway is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older, excluding employees and their immediate families of Lost Palms Brewing Co and its affiliated partners.

**Giveaway Period:**
2. The Giveaway begins on 21/11/23 at 12pm AEST and ends on 28/11/23 at 12pm AEST (the "Promotion Period").

**How to Enter:**
3. Participants can enter the Giveaway by tagging a friend under the post, liking the post and both you and the tagged person have to be a follower of the Lost Palms Instagram Account. The chances of winning are higher if the post is shared on the Instagram Story of the participants.

**Winner Selection:**
4. One winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by Lost Palms Brewing Co. The draw will take place on the next day of the Giveaway Period.

**Prizes:**
5. The winner will receive one Lost Palms "Get Lost Stay Lost" T-shirt and one Lost Palms x Olas Supply Co "Vacay" T-shirt. The winner can choose between the available in stock sizes.

**Notification and Claiming Prizes:**
6. The winner will be notified by Lost Palms Brewing Co only (no third party) via Instagram private message within the next day of the draw. The winner must respond within 5 days of being notified to claim their prize.

**Publicity:**
7. By participating in the Promotion, winners agree to Lost Palms Brewing Co's use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation or consent.

8. Any personal information collected during the Giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
