We bet you're wondering how the heck we ended up in San Diego... Well Bakes & Antonio (aka Wort Wrangler) have been mates for years. And when the opportunity came up to work with himself & one of his favourite locals Seek Beer Co, we jumped at the chance!
Some back and forth late night emails, a couple of zoom calls later and we landed on a recipe to commemorate the perfect West Coast trip... With one day in SD under our belt to get our bearings, and a call to be on the brew deck at the crack of dawn - there was no room for jet lag!
With a handful of Lost Palms brews to share with the crew, a visit from a couple of local legends from Fall Brewing Company and a trip to The Friendly for lunch (in the words of JLO - IYKYK) our collaboration was born and underway!
