We've been lucky enough to have had access to Dominion City Brewing Co beers on our side of the world for a while now (through a variety of sources and care packages) and they have been a business that have stood out to us with their commitment to their staff, community, customers and industry - as well as their product.
With a contact within the packaging crew, we sparked a conversation around what a collaboration would look like. Our Head Brewer Ryan visited Dom City back in 2023 and in turn fell in love with their style, so it was a no brainer to work on a release with the crew.
The irony of creating and brewing an XPA recipe in -4 degrees celsius is not lost on us... Don't worry!
